بالتعاون مع المنتدى الثقافي النمساوي، بنقدم “خلق المساحات.. نقاش حول الممارسات النسوية في الفنون رقميًا وماديًا”، نقاش بيجمع فنانين وباحثين وممارسين من المشهد الثقافي في القاهرة لمناقشة إزاي الممارسات النسوية بتخلق مساحات جديدة وبتعيد تشكيل المساحات الموجودة، وإزاي التكنولوجيا الرقمية بتأثر على طرق تواصلنا وتفاعلنا مع العالم اللي حوالينا.
وبعد النقاش، تونيكا هانتر، الفنانة والـDJ من أصول جامايكية المقيمة في فيينا، هتقدم فقرة DJ تكمل بيه الأمسية من خلال الموسيقى وتأثيراتها المتنوعة.

Space is never neutral. Who gets to occupy it, whose voices are heard, and who gets to express themselves within it are questions that shape both our physical and digital worlds.
In collaboration with the Austrian Cultural Forum, D-CAF hosts Making Space: Feminist Practices Across Digital and Physical Worlds in the Arts. Bringing together artists, researchers, and practitioners from Cairo’s cultural scene, the discussion explores how feminist practices create, reclaim, and transform spaces, and how digital technologies shape the ways we connect and engage with the world around us.
Following the discussion, London-born, Vienna-based artist of Jamaican heritage Tonica Hunter will close the evening with a DJ set, bringing together diverse musical influences through sound.
