Eazees International Women’s Theater Festival
The Third Edition – “The Edition of Samiha Ayoub”
25 September – 2 OctoberThis year’s edition will feature 16 theatre performances from 6 countries, in addition to a musical concert, two documentary films, training workshops, intellectual symposia, and the Fathia ElAssal Playwriting Competition, launched for the first time this year.
The festival will also honor a distinguished group of artists from Egypt and around the world, including: Farida Fahmy, Hanan Suleiman, Aida Fahmy, Moatazza Abdel Sabour, Ola Fahmy, Dr. Mona Sadeq, Hanan Al-Hajj Ali (Lebanon), and Anna Dora Dorno (Italy).
The third edition is held with the support and sponsorship of the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Youth and Sports, National Council for Women, UNFPA (United Nations Population Fund), Misr El-Kheir Foundation, Etijah Foundation, Zad for Arts, Resha Publishing House, the Arab Theatre Institute, Theatre Sector, Supreme Council of Culture, National Centre for Theatre, Music and Folk Arts, and the Cultural Development Fund, in partnership with EU Delegation in Egypt, EUNIC (European Union National Institutes for Culture), the Italian Cultural Institute, Embassy of Spain in Cairo, Italian Agency for Development Cooperation, Instituto Cervantes in Cairo, the Embassy of the Netherlands, the Embassy of Norway, Goethe-Institut Cairo, the Japan Foundation, the American University in Cairo, El Hanager Arts Center, El Samer Theatre, Qobbet El-Ghouri, El Rehaney Theatre “Succès”, Life Makers Foundation, Wasla for Arts, and Cultograph

الدورة الثالثة – “دورة سميحة أيوب” من ٢٥ سبتمبر إلى ٢ أكتوبرتشهد الدورة مشاركة 16 عرضًا مسرحيًا من 6 دول، إلى جانب حفل غنائي، فيلمين وثائقيين، ورش تدريبية، ندوات فكرية، ومسابقة للتأليف المسرحي “فتحية العسال” التي تُنظم لأول مرة هذا العام.
ويكرم المهرجان هذا العام نخبة من الفنانات من مصر والعالم، من بينهن: فريدة فهمي، حنان سليمان، عايدة فهمي، معتزة عبد الصبور، علا فهمي، د. منى صادق، حنان الحاج علي (لبنان)، وآنا دورا دورنو (إيطاليا).
وتُقام الدورة الثالثة بدعم ورعاية وزارة الثقافة، وزارة الشباب والرياضة، المجلس القومي للمرأة، صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان (UNFPA)، مؤسسة مصر الخير، مؤسسة اتجاه، مؤسسة زاد للفنون، دار ريشة للنشر والتوزيع، الهيئة العربية للمسرح، قطاع المسرح، المجلس الأعلى للثقافة، المركز القومي للمسرح والموسيقى والفنون الشعبية، صندوق التنمية الثقافية، وبشراكات مع اليونيك (اتحاد المعاهد الثقافية الأوروبية)، المعهد الثقافي الإيطالي، السفارة الإسبانية بالقاهرة، وكالة التعاون الإيطالي، معهد ثربانتس بالقاهرة، السفارة الهولندية، السفارة النرويجية، معهد جوته الألماني، مؤسسة اليابان بالقاهرة، الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة، مركز الهناجر للفنون، مسرح السامر، قبة الغوري، مسرح الريحاني “سوكسيه”، مؤسسة صناع الحياة، وصلة للفنون، كالتوجراف.
