The Austrian documentary FOOD DESIGN tells the story of a design discipline that has received little attention, however, that is utterly intriguing: Have you ever wondered, for example, why chips taste particularly good when they make a distinctive sound while eating? Or, why it is important that fish sticks can be arranged nicely in a pan? “Food Design” makes a case for a widely underestimated design discipline, inviting its audience to take part in a sensual journey through the world of food.
