The French Institute in Egypt is launching its 2027 Call for Applications for the residency programme at the Cité internationale des Arts in Paris.
Whether you are an artist, craftsperson, fashion designer, musician, dancer, filmmaker, or creator working in one of the eligible disciplines, we encourage you to apply.
Supported by the Institut français, the French Institute in Egypt, and the Cité Internationale des arts, this programme offers a unique opportunity to spend three months in residence in the heart of Paris, in the historic Marais district.
The programme is open to Egyptian artists or artists living and working in Egypt who wish to develop a research and creative project in an international environment.
The programme includes international travel, accommodation at the Cité Internationale des Arts, and a residency allowance. Residency sessions will take place between April 2027 and April 2028.

L’Institut français d’Égypte ouvre son appel à candidatures pour le programme de résidence à la Cité internationale des arts à Paris en 2027.
Que vous soyez artiste, artisan·e, styliste, musicien·ne, danseur·se, réalisateur·rice ou créateur·rice dans l’une des disciplines éligibles, candidatez dès maintenant.
Porté par l’Institut français, l’Institut français d’Égypte et la Cité internationale des arts, ce programme offre l’opportunité de bénéficier d’une résidence de trois mois au cœur de Paris, dans le quartier du Marais.
Il s’adresse aux artistes de nationalité égyptienne ou résidant et travaillant en Égypte qui souhaitent développer un projet de recherche et de création dans un environnement international.
Le programme comprend la prise en charge du transport international, un studio-logement à la Cité internationale des arts ainsi qu’une allocation de résidence. Les sessions sont organisées entre avril 2027 et avril 2028.
