Following an intensive photography workshop for emerging photographers, participants from different backgrounds focused on documenting street animals — especially cats and dogs — and the human relationships that sustain them.
The exhibition presents selected artworks exploring compassion, coexistence, and everyday acts of care in public safe spaces.

Mostafa Abdel Aty is a multidisciplinary visual artist working across photography and socially engaged research. He is the official photographer for D-CAF since 2013 and former Head of Photography at Cairo International Film Festival (2022). With over 60 international exhibitions and experience as a Canon trainer (2021–2024), he brings artistic and technical mentorship into community-based visual practice.

About Meow Tours
Meow Tours is an Egyptian initiative founded in 2019 that promotes animal welfare awareness through community engagement and art.
It organizes shelter visits, street feeding tours, fear-exposure events for people afraid of animals, and educational talks with veterinarians and trainers. Through art and visual storytelling, Meow Tours works to shift public perception of street animals and highlight compassion, coexistence, and the people who care for them.
Currently active in Cairo and Alexandria, the initiative aims to build a more empathetic urban culture through creative and participatory approaches.

يعرض المعرض أعمالًا مختارة تستكشف الرحمة والتعايش وأفعال الرعاية اليومية في الأماكن العامة الآمنة.

مصطفى عبد العاطي فنان بصري متعدد التخصصات يعمل في مجالي التصوير الفوتوغرافي والبحث الفني المجتمعي. يشغل منصب المصور الرسمي لمهرجان D-CAF منذ عام 2013، وكان رئيس قسم التصوير في مهرجان القاهرة السينمائي الدولي عام 2022. شارك في أكثر من 60 معرضًا دوليًا، وعمل مدربًا مع Canon بين عامي 2021 و2024.
وهو مؤسس مبادرة مياو تورز، التي تهدف إلى نشر الوعي بحقوق الحيوان من خلال الفن والتفاعل المجتمعي.

مياو تورز هي مبادرة مصرية تأسست عام 2019، وتهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بحقوق الحيوان من خلال التفاعل المجتمعي والفن.
تنظم المبادرة زيارات إلى ملاجئ الحيوانات، وجولات لإطعام حيوانات الشارع، وفعاليات لمساعدة الأشخاص الذين يعانون من الخوف من الحيوانات، بالإضافة إلى ندوات تعليمية يقدمها أطباء بيطريون ومدربو حيوانات. كما تستخدم الفن والسرد البصري لتغيير الصورة الذهنية عن حيوانات الشارع وتسليط الضوء على التعاطف والتعايش والأشخاص الذين يعتنون بها.
تنشط المبادرة حاليًا في القاهرة والإسكندرية، وتسعى إلى بناء ثقافة حضرية أكثر تعاطفًا من خلال أساليب إبداعية وتشاركية.
