بلاستيك فونيا – موسيقى من مخلفات البلاستيك
موسيقى من المحيط: تقوم فنانة الصوت النمساوية كرستن هانت أكرون بتأليف الموسيقى من خلال أصوات مخلفات البلاستيك التي يتم التخلص منها على شواطيء محيطاتنا. فمن خلال تحريك قطع البلاستيك من الفرش و الأكياس و أكواب القهوة تخلق مشاهد صوتية شيقة محولة المخلفات الى آلات بحيث تتحول مخلفات البلاستيك الي موسيقى. كيف يتم دمج المواضيع الخاصة بالبيئة في مشاريع فنية تتطلب الكثير من الجهد و تصل في الوقت ذاته الى جمهور عريض؟

عن الفنانة كريستن هانت أكرون
هي فنانة متعددة التخصصات مثل الفنون والموسيقى و وسائط الاعلام الجديدة و العروض الفنية. وقد حصلت على جائزة الثقافة الأسبانية و جائزة الفنون الدولية ببرشلونة. ومن خلال مشروعها “بلاستيك فونيا – موسيقى من المحيط” شاركت الفنانة النمساوية في العديد من المهرجانات و المتاحف و النوادي بالنمسا وإيطاليا و أسبانيا و غيرها

Talk PLASTICPHONIA – Music out of Plastic Trash
Music from the ocean: Austrian sound artist Crystn Hunt Akron composes with the sounds of plastic trash discarded on the beaches of our oceans. By manipulating brushes, bags and coffee cups, she creates intriguing soundscapes in which the waste becomes an instrument and plastic trash is turned into music. How can ecologically relevant topics be integrated into artistically demanding projects while also reaching a broad audience?

We are pleased to announce a talk by Crystn Hunt Akron on Wednesday, 4 December, where she will present her interdisciplinary project PLASTICPHONIA. The event is aimed at art-interested audiences and interdisciplinary artists from the Arab world who wish to address ecological issues through the medium of art.
A b o u t
Crystn Hunt Akron is an interdisciplinary artist moving between art, music, new media, dance and performance. She was awarded the Spanish Culture Prize and International Art Prize in collaboration with Sol Pico – Barcelona. With her work ‘PLASTICPHONIA – Music from the Ocean,’ the Austrian artist has performed at numerous festivals, museums and clubs in Austria, Italy and Spain, among others.
