We would like to invite you to the group exhibition, RETOUR DE RESIDENCE. Vol.II, taking place at the French Institute on Saturday 24th of Jan, at 6h30pm, inaugurated by M. Eric Chevalier, the Ambassador of France in Egypte.
Commissioned by the artist and photographer, Ebrahim Bahaa-Eldin, the exhibition shows the works of five artists who participated in different artist residency programs in France, coordinated by the French Institute in Egypt. Through their movements and journeys, the artists explore notions of distance, spaces of contact, and shifts in perspective. The exhibition brings together the artworks, performative presentations, and discussions around ideas of exchange, translation, and the silent transformations that emerge from the temporary suspension of time and place.
