Empower Her Art
EHAF è un forum internazionale che si tiene annualmente per sostenere e celebrare le artiste di tutto il mondo. Dopo il successo della prima edizione nel 2023, la terza edizione di EHAF si terrà dal 16 al 20 maggio 2025 al Grande Museo Egizio.
La mostra ospiterà centinaia di artiste e gallerie d’arte provenienti da oltre trenta paesi. Sarà un luogo di incontro dove le donne potranno condividere idee, visioni e obiettivi, confrontandosi tra di loro e con il pubblico internazionale. Il forum includerà sessioni di pittura dal vivo, laboratori d’arte con artisti locali e internazionali, e tavole rotonde con esperti di fama mondiale.
Quest’edizione vedrà la partecipazione di due artiste italiane:
Monica Pirone è un’artista visiva romana che esplora la condizione femminile, i diritti delle donne e le voci delle comunità vulnerabili. Membro del collettivo Officinenove, lavora con diversi media, tra cui pittura, installazione, performance e video. Con un’esperienza di oltre 25 anni nel cinema, nel teatro e nell’opera, e un decennio alla RAI, ha sviluppato una solida esperienza nell’insegnamento dell’arte, in particolare in contesti come carceri e centri di riabilitazione. Il suo impegno attivista si manifesta nelle sue opere, affrontando temi cruciali come la parità di genere e la violenza domestica. Tra i suoi progetti più significativi ci sono la performance e il libro “A casa tutto bene” e lo spettacolo itinerante “Ad Alta Voce”. Nel 2024, ha preso parte alla Biennale Egiziana e ha realizzato un’installazione permanente presso la sede nazionale della CGIL a Roma. Le sue opere, cariche di emozione, trasformano le tragedie in espressioni visive potenti e coinvolgenti.
Rossana Corrado è una scultrice italiana residente al Cairo, che fonde la sua formazione artistica italiana con le influenze culturali egiziane. Laureata all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Carrara, la sua tesi ha approfondito la teoria della percezione e la psicologia visiva. Le sue sculture sono state esposte in prestigiosi eventi internazionali, tra cui Miami Art Week, il Premio Internazionale d’Arte Michelangelo a Firenze e World Art Dubai. Oltre alla sua carriera artistica, Rossana ha ricoperto ruoli di grande rilevanza, come quello di Direttore Artistico del Memoriale di Zayed presso l’Ospedale Pediatrico 57357 del Cairo. Nel 2024, ha ricevuto la Medaglia d’Oro dalla Società Accademica Francese delle Arti, Scienze e Lettere per il suo significativo contributo artistico. Le sue opere instaurano un dialogo continuo tra le culture, e le sue opere sono riconosciute e apprezzate a livello internazionale.

ملتقي التمكين بالفنّ
يُعدEHAF منتدىً فنيًا دوليًا يُنظّم سنويًا بهدف دعم الفنانات والاحتفاء بهن من جميع أنحاء العالم. وبناءً على النجاح الكبير الذي حققته النسخة الأولى في عام 2023، تُقام النسخة الثالثة من منتدى EHAF في الفترة من 16 إلى 20 مايو 2025 في المتحف المصري الكبير.
يضم المعرض هذا العام مئات الفنانات وصالات العرض الفنية المرموقة من أكثر من ثلاثين دولة مشاركة. كما يوفر المنتدى مساحة آمنة للنساء لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى والأهداف، سواء في ما بينهن أو مع العالم الخارجي.
وسيتضمن المنتدى أيضًا جلسات رسم حي، وورش عمل فنية متعددة مع فنانين محليين ودوليين، إلى جانب حلقات نقاشية مع شخصيات بارزة من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
وفي هذه النسخة، يستضيف EHAF فنانتين إيطاليتين:
مونيكا بيروني، فنانة بصرية تقيم في روما، وتتركز أعمالها حول تجربة المرأة، وحقوقها، وإعطاء صوت للفئات الهشة والمهمشة. عضو في جماعة Officinenove الفنية، وتعمل عبر وسائط متعددة تشمل الرسم، التركيب، الأداء، والفيديو. تتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 25 عامًا في مجالات السينما والمسرح والأوبرا، وعملت لعقد كامل في التلفزيون الوطني الإيطالي (RAI). لها مساهمات بارزة في مجال التعليم الفني في السجون ومراكز النساء والمدارس وبرامج التأهيل.
نشاطها الفني متجذر في العمل النضالي، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالمساواة بين الجنسين ومناهضة العنف الأسري، كما يظهر في كتابها وأدائها “A casa tutto bene”، وعرضها المتنقل “Ad Alta Voce”. شاركت مؤخرًا في بينالي القاهرة 2024، ولها عمل تركيبي كبير معروض بشكل دائم في المقر الوطني لنقابة العمال الإيطالية (CGIL) في روما. يُوصف فنها بأنه عاطفي، تفاعلي، وينقل مآسي العالم إلى تعبيرات بصرية مفعمة بالروح.
روسّانا كورادو، نحاتة إيطالية بارزة تقيم في القاهرة، وتعكس أعمالها مزيجًا غنيًا من جذورها الإيطالية وتجربتها في مصر. تخرجت في أكاديمية الفنون الجميلة في كارارا عام 1994، وكان بحثها النهائي يدور حول تقاطع نظرية الإدراك وعلم نفس الشكل البصري. شاركت بمنحوتاتها في معارض دولية مثل Miami Art Week، وجائزة مايكل أنجلو الدولية في فلورنسا، وWorld Art Dubai.
إلى جانب مشاركاتها الفنية، عملت كمديرة فنية لمشروعات بارزة مثل النصب التذكاري للشيخ زايد في مستشفى 57357 لسرطان الأطفال بالقاهرة. تسعى من خلال فنها إلى بناء حوار بصري بين الثقافات. وفي أكتوبر 2024، حصلت على وسام الميدالية الذهبية من الجمعية الأكاديمية الفرنسية للفن والعلوم والآداب تقديرًا لمسيرتها الفنية المتميزة.

Empower Her Art
EHAF is an international art forum held annually to support and celebrate women artists from around the world. Building on the success of its first edition in 2023, the Third edition of the EHAF Forum will take place from May 16 to May 20, 2025, at the Grand Egyptian Museum.
The EHAF exhibition will once again feature hundreds of women artists and renowned art galleries from more than thirty participating countries. It will serve as a safe space for women to share their ideas, visions, and goals with each other and with the world. The forum will also include live painting sessions, various art workshops with local and international artists, and panel discussions with prominent figures from around the globe.
In this edition EHAF is hosting two Italian artists; Monica Pirone is a Rome-based visual artist whose work focuses on the female experience, women’s rights, and giving voice to vulnerable groups. A member of the Officinenove art collective, she explores diverse media including painting, installation, performance, and video. With over 25 years of experience in cinema, theatre, and opera, and a decade at RAI (Italian National Television), she also has a strong background in art education—teaching in prisons, women’s centers, schools, and rehabilitation programs.
Her artistic journey is deeply rooted in activism, especially addressing gender equality and domestic violence, as seen in her book and performance “A casa tutto bene” and the touring show “Ad Alta Voce”. Her recent works include participation in the 2024 Egyptian Biennale and a major installation now in permanent display at CGIL’s national headquarters in Rome. Pirone’s art is described as emotionally charged and physically responsive, aiming to transform the world’s tragedies into powerful, soul-filled visual expressions.
Rossana Corrado is a renowned Italian sculptor based in Cairo, Egypt, whose work reflects a rich blend of her Italian roots and her experiences in Egypt. A graduate of the Accademia di Belle Arti in Carrara (1994), her thesis explored the intersection of perception theory and visual psychology. Rossana has showcased her sculptures internationally, including at Miami Art Week, the Michelangelo International Art Prize in Florence, and World Art Dubai. Beyond exhibitions, she has taken on major roles like Art Director for The Great Zayed Memorial at Cairo’s 57357 Children’s Cancer Hospital. Her work bridges cultures through visual dialogue. In October 2024, she was honored with the Gold Medal Award by the French Academic Society of Art-Science-Letters in Paris for her distinguished career.
